This number belongs to the FedEx Customs support crew. I reckon they've been trying to get my attention after I had some issues with my parcel stuck in customs. I got a bit jittery from their messages, but when I verified through the official FedEx line, everything checked out!

Just a heads up, mates! The number from FedEx is spot on. They rang me up about some paperwork for my purchase from Europe that I needed for Australian Customs. All good here!

A scammer contacted me and requested that I email them a shipment invoice. However, I have confirmation from FedEx that they possess the legitimate shipment invoice, which shows there are no customs or duties that need to be paid for the shipment. It appears that scammers are unlawfully acquiring information from package shipments and attempting to deceive individuals into paying non-existent customs or duties.

This call was legitimate, and I urge others to stop labeling it as a scam if they are not sure of its authenticity. Not every unknown call is a scam.
