Annoying been getting calls from this number and a different number all within half n hour!
Coincidence?
Claimed to be from "Bag An Offer", wouldn't tell me how my name got added to their database (the guy speculated that one of my family members filled in an online survey - laughable at best). He told me his name was Kevin (despite the molasses-thick accent) then when I questioned him further he told me his name was Andrew Perera. He was claiming to offer me some kind of discount on electricity. I could barely hear him over the background noise of an obviously packed call centre filled with Indian and Malaysian telemarketer drones. I attempted to get him to remove my name from their database.
BLOCK THE NUMBER!
These people start of by saying what are you paying for your electricity, do not give out any information to a random caller, as eventually they ask where do you live. How do you know who is behind the blind call.
A company called "bag an offer" masquerading as my current energy provider trying to trick me into changing providers. Refused to disclose where they obtained my number.
