I had the same this afternoon. No message left but same name and number came up on my phone. I have a habit of never answering calls from numbers I don’t know.
Just received a call from this number, missed it and went to voice mail with a strange note that some amount will be deducted from my account. And to press the options to speak to someone or to request a refund.
Seems a scam to me, glad I missed the call.
