The caller did not leave a message after the call. Based on this and the lack of communication, I suspect it could be a telemarketer or a scam attempt.
Called about 3 times until I finally picked up. Very noisy background and delayed responses from male speaker with foreign accent. Claimed that there was a recent hike in electricity prices and he worked with retailers and could help see if I am at a good rate. Kept asking me for my energy provider over and over again. When I said I am happy with my provider he almost yelled “I am not changing your provider”. That was when I said thanks, bye, and blocked.
