I answered a call from this number, and the caller seemed startled as I said “hello, this is the Victoria Police Scam hotline.” They gasped and promptly hung up. This is the third call I've received from them, and they also use several other 03 900 numbers.
Received a call from this number today 2-10-2023 at 11:18 am, I did not answer as it is not in my contact list and they did not leave a message. My phone system listed it as a "Suspected Spam".
I was contacted by scammers posing as representatives from an accident claims agency. The call was noisy, and the person had a distinct Indian accent. I do not trust their intentions.
