This is a scam number.

This number called me and as I did not recognise the number I did not answer. When I called the number I received an automated message from Optus saying that the number I dialed is disconnected then quoted 'OIN1'. I blocked the number.

Suspicious. Missed the call, went to call them back and an automated response from Optus said the number you are calling has been disconnected. Number is now blocked. Scammers are everywhere and manipulating local and interstate numbers to appear they are genuine.
