My caller Id app on my android phone blocked the number and identified it as ATO scam. Block it do not even bother to answer it or call back. Be smarter than the scammers.

I receive so many of these damn nuisance calls! I block them on my mobile but somehow they manage to call again. What is a permanent solution to stop these creeps once and for all?... My list of blocked numbers is increasing by the day even though all our family phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL register. Help!!
I answered it, odd phone number with 03 prefix (Melbourne), but phone gives Anabranch NSW as location. I listened long enough to hear a recorded voice stating that it was ‘a short survey...’. Something to do with travel. Probably either advertising or a scam. Given the dodgy phone number I’d bet on a scam.
I AM SO SICK OF THIS PLAGUE OF NUISANCE CALLS. These pests never stop butting into your life, at all times of the day, and then they don't even speak. Every single day I seem to have another number to block thanks to these conscienceless cretins, and I have to unblock another number first because my phone only stores 30 blocked numbers. There has to be some way to put a stop to it.
