    I have got a call on my lebara sim from this number (03) 4050 4680 at 12:31 pm SYD time May 1st 2024 saying my phone will be disconnected today, press 1 for english or press 2 for Chinese. There was a recorder conversation in english and chinese, at that point I hung up. I checked and my plan validity is till May 9th. So what is actually going on?
