The caller is persistent and is following up on an overpriced quote they had previously provided, which I found to be unreasonable.
This was a legitimate call. Our fire alarms activated earlier this morning, prompting the fire brigade to be called twice. ADT is reaching out to provide a service report from the fire brigade and to discuss the next steps.
They are attempting to collect an amount that has been disputed due to a job that was not completed satisfactorily. We have reached out to the Managing Director regarding this issue but have not received a response. Despite this, they keep calling repeatedly.
Received 2 calls within 5 minutes of each other from this number, but we don't have security. I think its a scam, but hard to tell...
If unsure, I'd personally call back ADT 13 number, not this one, just incase they are trying to get details out of you.
Received two calls within 5 minutes from this number the first time I answered and the recording advises that they are my security service provider and I had to press any key on my iPhone to continue.
The second time I let it go to message bank but no message left.
This must be a scam as I do not have a security service provider.
