A definite scam, Claimed to be from Telstra and his name was Mark (sounded like an Indian voice) and that from the Telstra servers identified that my internet connection had been corrupted and my computer had been hacked. Asked me to go in front of my computer and he could show me what the hackers had done and he offered to fix the problem. When I told him I wasn't interested, he said don't you want to fix the problem ? . I told him I was about to leave the house and if he gave me a phone number to call him back on id call him back later when I got home. He paused and then hung up ....

Told me they were from Telstra I knew straight away they were a scam. Claiming my computer had a folder issue. They also are now using a letter Telstra employee uses at the start do their ID. They got someone to come on claiming to be a supervisor claiming their ID had two letters and four numbers. Please tell all your relatives this is a scam especially older family members.
