Awkard, I left a review just before saying that it's not legit as I hadn't dealt with National Broadband Network for a long time.
Turns out that I had submitted graffiti a few days earlier on one of their assets via SnapSendSolve to them and had forgotten about it, so they were calling me about that.
Probably still good practice to call them directly though.
Doesn't make sense for me, I had a missed call from this number but haven't dealt with "the National Broadband Network" (being only my installer in person) since my upgrade a long time ago. Treat this as highly suspicious as, as a regular consumer you'll only deal with your company directly, you can't "talk" to the National Broadband Network, only your company can.
I suspect that other comments on here could be astroturfing for a scam/spam company.
If it's legit, then maybe try reach out to the National Broadband Network through their website contact details or something.
I personally don't trust this one, nor the other comments as they haven't actually explained WHY the National Broadband Network has reached out to them.
