What Our Users Reviewed
They called and asked for me by my maiden name (haven't used for 8 years), and when I asked where she was calling from she replied "on behalf of Sydney Australia". When I asked her again, she said the same thing. When I asked what her company was she replied that she was from some investment company with a dodgy generic name. I hung up.
They called me at 6:51pm on 16/06 and said they were conducting training to do with the end of financial year. They didn't identify themselves and the woman on the other end had a foreign accent, which are two red flags. If you're on the Do Not Call register, that won't stop them either as I am on the Do Not Call register. It's best just to ignore them and hang up, and don't go along with whatever "training" they're trying to sell.
Last occurrence of this number appeared on both a Mobile/Landline number to my addresses @4:22pm - MELB, VIC. Caller also leaves no Identification and typically shares a line with two other individuals for whom are pitching to sell, and also attempt to lay charges on one attempt using a misleading debt scheme to force you to pay, they are never compliant with business identification upon request from my experience. Block and report if calling is consistent. As necessary.
