    Received a call from this number, offering free facial. I don't know how they have my number and request to speak with me. I will now block them.

    Just got a call, I was out, my husband picked up the phone, he told my husband that my free facial voucher nearly expired. I never got one. So put in reject number on your mobile.

    Thank you everyone that posted your experience before, very bad people everywhere.

    They called me for the free facial too. Mentioned a name that apparently is my friend who left me a voucher. But I can't even recognise that name.

    They are a skincare company who have recently launched in Australia. They offered me a free luxury facial and I declined because nothing's for free! I had a friend who went and got the facial and she told me not to go as they then try to make you become a member which costs thousands of dollars a year. They haven't stopped calling me since new year its now nearly mid Feb. Absolute pests.

    I think they are a company selling facials and hair treatments. I went along for the free facial (which actually was pretty nice, then they wanted to sell me skin care range for $1400 ... I said erm, NO and they keep calling me!

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
