I picked up the phone on the third or fourth ring, and a man on the other end claimed to be from the NBN. He asked if I had checked my internet speed, stating I'm paying for the fastest speed but don't seem to be receiving it. I'm unsure of what speed I'm actually supposed to be getting, but it doesn't seem right that I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
