What Our Users Reviewed
Have been called by these people 3 times now in the space of 2 hours, first time was a woman claiming to be "Sam from the National Broadband Network Co", second time was a guy claiming to be "Jack from National Broadband Network Co" and final time was what sounded a lot like the first woman now claiming to be "Karen from National Broadband Network Co". Upon basic questioning of "Sam" and "Karen" she couldn't provide any answers other than what she had already said and hung up once she realised I was onto her. "Jack" on the other hand seemed to give up on the conversation straight away and started talking to a colleague in a foreign language that sounded like it derived from hindi, but I'm not a linguist so I can't be for sure.
