This was a scam call; the voicemail I received was in Chinese.
Scam. Pretended they work for Telstra, saying my home internet IP had an issue. They did not confirm any of my user details, or acknowledge the fact that my wifi supplier is not Telstra. Just went straight into asking me to do a bunch of dodgy stuff on my computer.
