Caller had indian accent claiming to be from a health comparison company. Transferred me immediately to a supervisor. Supervisor asked some basic questions re cover then transferred me to another person from Australian Health Comparison or some such company. This person had an Australian accent. This person asked question re types of cover I wanted included in my extras cover. Optical, Dental etc. I explained that, that is what private health and extras is about and these are already covered. When I queried their understanding they quickly advised they understood my concerns and proceeded to say good bye and hung up.
