Spam.
The caller rang once and then hung up right after I answered. When I called back, the line was busy, which suggests this might be a spam dialer.
Same story, I said I didn’t want 50% off my current phone bill from this “company”, and he hung up before I could ask how he got my number.
Spoofed number claiming to be from Telstra’s promotion department.
Female Indian accent.
Hung up when I said I was in USA.
I received a spam call where the caller, with a female Indian accent, claimed to be from Telstra’s promotion department. This call came just 20 minutes after I received a mobile call that was spoofed and hung up as soon as I answered.
Scam caller.
Had a call from this number, no one said anything and it dropped out. Tried to call back - user busy.
Called and didn’t leave a message… suspected scam.
Some scammer with Indian accent offering me a 6 month discount on my Telstra mobile. I don't have a Telstra mobile.
This number called me twice. The first time I picked up and didn't say anything, didn't make a single sound. They put down. Then they called me again, this time I picked up and said 'Hello', the person went on to say they were calling from Telstra and were asking if I'd had any issues or signal disruption (I said 'No.') "that's great, we found that you are eligible for 20% discount for your Telstra plan-" ended the call. They didn't try to call back ahaha,
It was a woman with an indian accent (not tryna be racist but yarr)
