Indian scammer trying to scam me into changing electricity prices. Same company calls me often despite telling them to remove me from their list.
I answered a call from this number and heard noise in the background. A man speaking with an Indian accent addressed me by my first and last name and claimed it was about my electricity account. However, I don’t have an electricity account because I live with someone else, and all utilities are under their name. I ended the call, as it seemed obvious this was a scam.
I believe this number is involved in a scam, as my attempt to return the call failed; the line simply cuts out.
They asked for a Mr. I'm not married. When I said there was no one by that name they hung up.
