This number has called me multiple times over the past few weeks, playing a voicemail in Chinese. They even leave messages in Chinese. During one of the calls, I commented “bloody scammers,” and I could hear the recording stop immediately before they hung up.
This call was a scam attempt that occurred on August 10. The caller did not speak but played music in the background. I ultimately decided to hang up.
They called 3 times now do not leave a message when it goes to message bank so reckon on scammers.
They were calling me and said that I have some issues with my internet and they need to show me how to fix the problem in my computer they call me through teams so I got confused at the begining I though was someone from my office so I gave my phone number after I asked who was on the line and from where they Said Telstra. I said maybe you are not because I don't have any service with you. The another number they used was 0469049097.
A woman called me and was engaged in conversation with someone else in an unfamiliar language when I answered. There was a lot of background noise. She then said "Hello," but when I asked, "How can I help you?" the call was abruptly ended.

They're using an old database for this number - the address she ave was for a property I was at over 20 years ago!
