I received a call where the caller asked for me by name. When I called back, a lady answered and claimed to work on behalf of Cisco, but she had no information about the caller. She promised to find out and call me back, which seemed doubtful. This raises significant red flags — it appears to be a scam.
This number rang our office and they hung up as soon as you greet them. Being on front desk it is my duty to answer all calls incase it might be a client. Even when they look a bit sus. Do not try and call the number you just automatically get put on hold.
