Got a text from 'CommBank CBA' saying there was a login from Wellington NZ and to contact them urgently, on this number, if it wasn't me.
Received 2 emails this morning supposedly from CommBank (actual email was from mathias@rco.be) claiming my account has been disabled due to 3 failed login attempts in Melbourne IP: 1.42.139.17 and to contact +61281034164 to reactivate my account or it will remain blocked.
The best thing to do is to keep calling them, over and over and over. Especially if you have a redial function on your computer and just keep acting like different people. Once they start to become irate, you know it’s been worth it. Particularly good if you need something to keep you amused at work during the long hours.
My girlfriend got a scam message, so I just kept calling the number back, I tried to sell them goats. I asked them to give me internet login details. I tried to order so takeaway. I mean I wasted a lot of their time so that they couldn’t call you. It was fun, I suggest everyone do this if you have time to kill. Just ensure you ask them serious questions at the start. And make sure you get accurate answers to your questions. Use a fake name, and if they can find you on their “system” you know it’s obviously not legit.
