Person came into the store selected high price items, asked for a quote went away and phoned the payment through on the phone "MOTO" transaction. Next day phoned in to cancel and request a refund. Refund was denied and a check with banks confirmed stolen card. A further phone call from a different state asked for refund to a different bsb and account. Customer was refused refund and told to contact their bank.
