She wants you to provide your personal and banking details so that she can order an iPhone 13 for you. She says she is from Telstra case management team. I even talked to her fake supervisor who gave me a fake name and fake Telstra ID.
As soon as I said my rother works at Telstra and that I will verify her identity before I proceed further, she hanged up on me.
