Got a call from a scumbag posing as a Telstra employee, after wasting about 15 mins of his time, he suggested ringing this number to 'confirm' he was with Telstra, needless to say I strung him on a little longer until he got frustrated and hung up. Score 1 for the good guys.
Someone posed as a Telstra technician and tried to gain remote access to my computer. They gave this number so that I could ring back and "check" their employee number which of course was not a genuine Telstra number but a scammer friend's number.
