If you have any questions, call the Tax Office directly (it's a 13 28 65), or ask your tax agent.

Do not give out any of your private information online or over the phone unless you're certain you've researched the caller.

I received a call from this number. They left a message saying there was a suitcase left under my name and to call back urgently. And speak to Cole in the department division. When I called back using a landline number instead of a mobile, the line would just hang up. I tried multiple times.

I don't think this is a legitimate government department or an Australia Post division. It could be a masked premium number that will charge you higher mobile call rate if you call back using a mobile or a scam asking for private information or bank details...
