This is a number by which you can't make contact with and they are ringing from overseas, I am in Australia and they just keep ringing and ringing, best you give them a piece of your mind when they ring you, feels great!!! Yep me too. Somehow he managed to get my work number and knew I had had an accident in the last few weeks. Asked him to put it in an email so I had something more formal (as it sounded sus, especially when they started wanting my address etc). He hung up.
