Private number on display stating they are from Telstra Technical Support and that my internet connection is compromised. Like most of these scams, I'm asked to turn on my computer and perform various functions in order to "protect my computer". Usually I hang up but this time I asked for a call back number and name. Cleverly I was provided with a number, an 'employee' number and name. I did not call the number back, but instead called Telstra directly and of course they have no record of this phone number in Australia and Telstra would not call you to report a fault! Play with the caller if you wish to have a bit of fun BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING THEY ASK. .
