“Jessica” claimed to be from a NSW - board of something to do with saving money on a energy rebate etc.. It was most definitely a scam as she started with the government energy saving spiel before confirming her name & where she was supposedly calling from..

I answered and sounded like a call centre. They withheld talking and so did I.
This caller did not leave a message when they called. Their lack of communication suggests they are persistent, as I plan to block them shortly.
There was noise in the background during the call, but when I tried to speak, there was no response from the caller.
