When asked which dept, I got the answer as NSW Hot water and steam systems or energy saver.
When asked "Are you working for the NSW govt?" the answer was no and then I was told that she works for an Energy rebate.
When asked if she is working with a third-party hire, the answer was no.
I could not take the name of the caller.
BEWARE THIS IS A SCAMMER!!!! Said they want to upgrade my water system for free but you need to update my details. I told them I’m from Sydney water and that’s not true and he shut in my face!!! Beware do not give your details to anyone!
This phone number kept calling me at all hours day and night on a regular basis. I finally called it back and lady picked up and said Hello? (no company given), I said Hello and then she started to tell me government is giving all home owners a free hot water upgrade.
