Called by this number trying to spruke energy saving device, connected to an app downloaded to my phone. Saying they worked for Vic gov. All Indian voices, but every time I asked a question they handed the phone to another person thinking I wouldn’t notice. When I called them out on it they hung up on me, then another Indian person called me back a few minutes later saying they didn’t hang up but that it was a network fault. They wanted to send someone out to my rural property to inspect it. I called them out again on the second phone call and they hung up again.
