I tend to respond to these calls by speaking in languages other than English to confuse the caller. On one occasion, the caller attempted to use a Spanish word to trick me, but thankfully, I knew a bit of Spanish. He asked me what I was saying and if I spoke English, to which I replied "NO." He then tried Mandarin, and I responded in Japanese. He just laughed and wished me a great day.
