Got a dodgy call from this number, pretending to be Amazon! They were all like, "We're gonna take money from your account!" Not on my watch, mate!

A Lisa Jane ID#133776721 telling me from Telstra to do check on Modem as we had and outage recently and they wanted to check laptop and modem. They had all my details so I believed they were genuine. I allowed them access to my laptop via a remote app,, "AnyDesk" just after this there was 2 attempts to remove money from my credit card. These people will have a complete copy of my laptop now and should be in jail at the very least.
