This is an ATO Scam.

Allegedly issuing a court appearance warrant if you do not call back.

When called just answers "hello", definitely not the ATO.

I got that number today from the ACT as well, left a robo message stating if did not call back ill be arrested and jailed. I called back, male Australian accent. Mentioned the legality or lack and he hung up.

I'm more than sure this a third party provider to a mercantile collections company providing numbers to enhance contact info formation.

Seems to be a scam of sorts - automated message allegedly from Australian Tax office saying a lawsuit has been filed against your name.
