This is a scam call. I no longer answer calls from numbers I don't recognise but wait & see if they leave a voicemail message. This number did leave a computer generated voicemail message saying I was going to be arrested if I didn't call back. This sort of thing is despicable. I've just blocked the number.
Asking me if I don't return a call, an arrest warrant gets issued against me.
