I received this on my Bigpond account about a PayPal purchase which I did not make.
Number left a message saying I will be arrested unless I return their call. Obviously a scam.
Recorded message claiming to be Tax office not ATO and it had an American accent.
Asking form money or be arrested.
Load of rubbish.
Scam call, claims to be from taxation dept. And unless you return a call they will be sending out a warrant for your arrest. I left a message telling them that my team of assassins are tracking them down and they should be exterminated within 3 days. Ha Ha I love these scammers.
