Similar to the first comment - an automated voice left a voice mail - definitely NOT the ATO!!!
I had a call from this number today which I couldn't answer (as driving) so a message was left. It was a male, automated voice with an American accent. It said something close to: "This message is from the Australian Taxation Office. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive so the very second you receive this message you need to put aside your work and phone the following number... This is John Smith from ASIO tax crime... If you do not phone back, the only thing which I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you." Doesn't sound much like the ATO to me.
