Same thing just happened to me. Message left on my answering machine from Jose Morrison of the audit department of the ATO and this phone number. I do all my business and personal tax through a Registered Tax Agent so totally bogus.
I too received a call on my home phone from José Morrison telling me I needed to contact this number urgently. This is the second time, the first being an Indian accent threatening me that the police would be coming if I didn't call them. A big scam.

Voice message appeared to be the same as others.
ATO doesn't call as they don't even have this number registered.
