Analysis of User Reports
Based on user experiences, this number falls squarely into the "scam" category. A significant number of reports detail calls from this number that either hang up after establishing contact or fail to leave any message, indicating scamming behaviour typical of indifferent telemarketers or fraudulent schemes.
- Spoofed Origins: Many users have reported being targeted by calls with a similar pattern—specifically, those starting with the 02 area code, which is common across Australia, particularly New South Wales. Spoofing, where a malicious caller uses a fake number to disguise their identity, is prevalent among these types of calls.

I received multiple calls from a female speaker with an Asian accent claiming to conduct a “charity survey.” I requested her to stop calling, but I have been getting frequent calls from different numbers in Albury, NSW. They often don't leave a message but call back later with slightly altered phone numbers. It's frustrating that the government has not taken action to stop these phishing calls.

Scam calls and charity calls should all be stopped. Most of them from Vic, N.s. W or overseas call centers. Government needs to do more.!!! Yet I know they won't as they can not get any thing right as it is!!

This company keeps calling from various numbers that appear to be from locations in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. I wouldn't trust them at all and advise exercising caution.
I got a second call today from a spoofed number that starts with 02. I've had several calls over the last two years from numbers beginning with 02, and it seems these recent calls are once again linked to a criminal scam call center.
