This is the second time in 6 months this parasite has tried to scam me. It's multiple people, you can hear others in the background making calls.

Same as above claims.
Name: Alexander Lee.
Also received another call on Tuesday 8th August 2017, same again, from the ATO but under the name James Anderson (03) 4309 4122.
Same claim but demanding to call back with Credit Card information to clear debt.
Reported to Australian Government site, Scamwatch.
Caller announced himself as (don't recall) from the ATO, saying a complaint of tax fraud or tax evasion had been received under "Your Name".

Have been calling these idiots back and telling them Im from Micrasoft tech support (in my Indian accent) and then giving them some dutch curry before I hang up. Some asian scam call centre claiming to be the Tax Office. Idiots.

Just had an automated message call my grandmother on this number imitating the ATO, stating I had a warrant out for my arrest due to tax evasion and to call this number immediately! So glad she let me know and wasn't fooled by them. Definitely a scam.
Just came home to a message on my answering machine telling me I am being sued for tax evasion, apparently I haven't answered there calls and registered letters sent to me have been returned so they are putting a block on all my accounts, they advise me to ring 0260642019 asap to avoid this. Seriouley!!!! I don't think so, what a total scam.

I let him talk for a bit bla bla bla haven't paid taxes from 2012 to 2015 and telling me that I owe 1500 I pretend a bit scared and he said that can be resolved out of court paying with vouchers lol.
