Scam call froom a Chinese company impersonating Telstra and communicating mostly in Chinese.

"Hello Telstra. Your phone behaving strangely contract will be terminated. If you have any questions please contact customer service" and then it goes back into trying to divert people to a Chinese language "live help" service.
