I received a call from a number based in Bathurst, but I chose not to answer it, and no message was left afterwards.
I received a call from a suspicious number asking me to confirm two transactions on my Visa account, one for over $700. I hadn’t made any transactions like that, so I decided to hang up. Clearly, this was just another scam attempt!
I received a recorded voicemail that discussed some alleged payments related to an Amazon Prime subscription and other charges. The issue is that I do not have an Amazon subscription, making this message very suspicious.
I mistakenly answered a call from this number, and it was a recorded message claiming there were fraudulent transactions on my Visa card. This information is false.
