I also just got a missed call that had an automated message that I couldn't understand. I called it back and got someone who sounded Indian that said it could be about tax fraud or evasion, I asked him to prove who he was and had an address from 10 years ago as their proof of who I am. I didn't tell them that was a previous address and asked why they didn't have my current one. It all ended there so it looks like the ato has had some old information leaked to some hackers.
