This caller, using a NSW landline, was contacting me on behalf of VIC Energy Centre, which clearly indicates this is a scam call.
I got a robo-call regarding solar panels, but the number displayed was not valid for a callback. There was no affiliated company mentioned, so I suspect it is a scam.
The caller identified himself as Steve and wanted to discuss the hot water service with the owner of the business. However, when I asked him for the specific address he was referring to, he abruptly hung up on me.
I received multiple calls from this number, and when I answered, there was nobody on the line. When I called back, the number was not connected. I'm quite frustrated with this situation.
As is often the case, the caller hung up immediately after I answered the phone.
