Called pretending to be Vodafone.
They hung up when they didn't know my name when asked. Real Voda would know.
The caller claimed that there was fraudulent activity on my account. I decided to play along but ultimately called Bendigo Bank myself to verify my account activity since I hadn't noticed any transactions in the app. When I informed the caller that I had reached out to the legitimate Bendigo Bank, they became very aggressive and angry, especially when I told them I was planning to close my account. This is definitely a warning sign to be cautious of similar calls!
