Just had 3 text messages with the last hour from this number claiming to be Anz direct and that a new device (also giving a name e. G Sam smith) had been registered by a iPhone 8 to my account (and then they disclose what area) mine said from Perth.. The name of the contact also came up ANZ- Device.. Unfortunately for this scammer I don’t even have a anz account but I did report the number to scam watch and anz and understand how easily someone could believe this scam.
