I have had the same experience. I placed an order from Gold Coast keto which I did receive in a few days, but a month later there was a further charge (for which I did not order) but no product received. I was able to find other numbers but they are answered by a machine (with an American voice) which says I am calling out of hours even though I tried in MST time. The Melbourne number gives the same message.

This 1800 number appears in an email from a scam with the business name: Gold Coast Keto. From my research the business does not exist. When intending to purchase product for about $60, over $400 was taken from our account by some scammer in the US. I have tried to ring the number and it just stops after a few rings. Obviously a number hijacked by thr scammers.
