This is a technical support scam.
You clicked on a tasty looking link in a sponsored post on Facebook, perhaps the one with the lone seal on an iceberg, that seems to be a favourite.
(Yes, Facebook allows these scammers to advertise, because they pay and we don't).
Then you got a supposed Facebook warning page saying they have suspended your account (they haven't).
Regardless of whether you click "accept" or "ignore", you next get a page claiming to be Microsoft Windows Security, with an alarming audio designed to panic you into calling the nice Indian scammer at "Microsoft".
This is no more than a harmless website. Close the tab, maybe write a warning on the scam post on Facebook, and go on with your day.
