It is the Telstra Interim Call Center number where they ask things like if you need a Temporary emergency phone landline connection while you wait for your Permanent one and the Telstra Internet Service to get connected and activated to your Home or Building, you are required to call that number back in case you missed that call, they usually leave a voice message to call them back and they quote your Telstra Order ID number for the service that you purchased from them in the vice message that they left you, they called me because I use a CPAP Machine when I sleep and I may need to call emergency services if I stop breathing etc, so I might be needing a temporary landline to call for medical assistance while I wait for my Internet service to get activated to my home, they make it work with the Backup wireless Internet sim card modem that you received when signing up with Telstra weeks before. Sadly, at the time of writing, it has been 6 weeks since I applied for National Broadband Network Internet Service, and they just call me now to ask me about it, and as they say "By the time they get around to doing it, Christmas will be here" Yes, Today is Christmas Eve 2021, and still waiting for an internet connection/activation:))
