We called them through Google search as due to MS update no longer has access to my PC. My grandson called them, they asked for his mobile number then would only take to them via text to text via their website, they wanted to charge us $150 but we refused they had words then hung up, they then hacked into his phone in front of him. Pissed off, his phone now hacked and still unable to access my PC ☹️ trust no one, glad we refuse to pay or give bank details.
Nearly caught by them twice Got upset when I asked if it was the real Microsoft company. Nothing but scammers.
They even tried to connect to my laptop to steal. Asked my email and phone number. I want it to be removed my information.
Scammers! They pretend to be Microsoft support to try and scam you into giving your CC details to purchase a hunk of crap anti-virus that does nothing.
